Kathman Studios is almost ready.
We’re putting the finishing touches on our new creative studio in Clearwater, Florida, built for photo shoots, video productions, content days, interviews, brand shoots, podcasts and more.
The studio is painted, the A/C is installed, and most of the major construction is complete. Right now, we’re finishing the floors, trim, backdrops and final details before opening the doors.
The space currently features a 960 sq. ft. shooting area with 15 ft. ceilings, Wi-Fi, free parking, restroom access, garage-door loading access and paper backdrop options, with more sets, equipment and features being added as we finish the build.
We’ll be opening for rentals soon.

We’re intentionally opening the studio in stages.
As we continue building, we’ll be adding more backdrops, shooting areas, furniture, production equipment, podcast capabilities and other features based partly on what our members and renters actually want.
Early renters will get to watch the studio grow, some will become founding members (exclusive monthly rates that we’ll never do again) and help shape what comes next.
